Watt Power products are certified with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IEC 62477, IEC 61000, CE, and UL-compliant standards. Our battery systems meet UN38.3 certification for safe transportation. Specific certifications can be provided upon request for your target market.
What is the typical lead time for energy storage systems?
Standard lead time is 15–25 working days for cabinet-type ESS and 30–45 working days for container-type ESS. Lead times vary based on configuration, quantity, and current production schedule. We recommend placing orders 4–6 weeks in advance for large-scale projects.
What warranty do you offer on your products?
We provide a standard 5-year warranty on all energy storage systems, which can be extended up to 10 years with a service agreement. Our LFP batteries are designed for over 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, with a design life exceeding 15 years.
Do you provide international shipping and installation support?
Yes. We ship to over 50 countries worldwide and provide comprehensive support including:
Pre-sales: Site assessment, system design, ROI modeling
Installation: On-site commissioning guidance or full turn-key service
After-sales: Remote monitoring, 24-hour technical support, spare parts supply

What is the difference between Longpack and Minipack?
Minipack is designed for residential and small commercial use (rated up to 8kW/20kWh), while Longpack targets distribution transformer area applications (supporting peak shaving, voltage regulation, and three-phase imbalance correction). The key difference lies in capacity range, grid interaction capability, and application scale.
Can your energy storage systems work with existing solar PV installations?
Absolutely. Our ESS, especially the WT-ESS series and the PV/ESS/Charger all-in-one, are designed for seamless solar PV integration. They support both AC-coupled and DC-coupled configurations and can be retrofitted to existing PV systems.
How do your mobile energy storage systems work?
Our mobile ESS (MESS) ranges from 20kWh to 200kWh with 100kW output capacity. Key features include:
• Autonomous mobility with remote-controlled drive system — no crane or trailer needed
• Self-powered operation — no grid connection required for deployment
• Quick setup — operational within minutes of arrival
• Liquid cooling for wide temperature range (-20°C to +50°C)
• Both grid-tied and off-grid operation modes
